Fresh aromas of gooseberry, lychee & tropical fruits. Crisp & refreshing flavours of lime zest, white pear & passion fruit.

Product Description
  • Colour: Pale colour with some green/straw hues
  • Aromas: Highly aromatic profile with fresh gooseberry, lychee and tropical underlying. Fresh with lovely purity of fruit.
  • Palate: The palate is long, crisp and refreshing with tropical fruits, lime zest, white pear and passion fruit characters.
Growing Season

2026 vintage was one of the coolest and extended ripening periods on record. Produced wines with lovely natural acidity, grace and elegance.

Vinification

Picked and immediately pressed to tank. 4 days of cold settling, before the juice was racked and naturally warmed before inoculated with a French 'Terrior" yeast strain. Primary fermentation was cool and complete after 3 weeks.
