I am already a wine club member [joined before 27 March 2026] ?
Why can’t I see my membership details. We have upgraded and have added more features and perks to our website and wine club.
You can now log onto the website for limited offers or JOIN our TCW WINE CLUB for recurring wine deliveries on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually.
What happens when I join?
Once joined, you will receive recurring wine deliveries from your nominated wine club frequency [monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually]
Is there a cost to join?
There is no cost for joining the Tenafeate Creek Wine Club. All deliveries (excluding cleanskins) include FREE delivery Australia Wide.
Which wines will I get?
The choice is your’s! This flexible wine club allows you to choose your favourite Tenafeate Creek Wines.
When will I receive my wines?
Please allow 7-10+ days for wine deliveries. You will be notified before your pack is dispatched, with a tracking email.
Who do you use to ship wines?
We use numerous courier services depending on delivery locations. Australia Post, couriers please, Aramex.
Can I nominate for pickup?
Yes! When at the checkout, you can either nominate a delivery address or “pickup from winery”.
When will I be charged?
You will be notified via email before your card is charged.
How do I update my contact, shipping or email details?
This is very quick! Log in to your member portal via Account and find the Shipping Address tab. Click Edit Address to update contact details, phone number & shipping address.
