Product Description
  • Colour: Pale colour with a slight green hue.
  • Aromas: Green apple, lemongrass and citrus blossom.
  • Palate: Zesty flavours of grapefruit, melon and fresh lime.
Growing Season

2026 vintage was one of the coolest and extended ripening periods on record. Produced wines with lovely natural acidity, grace and elegance.

Vinification

Picked and immediately pressed to tank. 4 days of cold settling, before the juice was racked and naturally warmed before inoculated with a French 'Terrior" yeast strain. Primary fermentation was cool and complete after 3 weeks.
