Product Description
  • Colour: Pale straw colour hue, with flickers of green tinges.
  • Aromas: Lightly perfumed aromas, followed by fresh pears, nectarine and an underlying green apple character.
  • Palate: Fresh and crisp, showing great minerality with a lingering grapefruit finish.
Growing Season

2026 vintage was one of the coolest and extended ripening periods on record. Produced wines with lovely natural acidity, grace and elegance.

Vinification

Picked and immediately pressed to tank. 4 days of cold settling, before the juice was racked and naturally warmed before inoculated with a French 'Terrior" yeast strain. Primary fermentation was cool and complete after 3 weeks.
