  • Colour: Deep rich colour, purple intensity with a bright red hue
  • Aromas: Plum, baking spices, mocha oak notes
  • Palate: Rich, layered with dark berries, hints of dark chocolate, well structure palate and touch of sweetness from dosage prior to bottling.

A blend of 3 vintages; 2022 + 2023 + 2024

Vinification

The base wine for this sparkling shiraz is selected barrels of basket press shiraz; all aged in French oak barrels. Extended barrel aging of the 2022 has resulted in a softer, more complex component, while the younger material giving the base bright fruit and vitality.
