Gala apple. apricot, poached pear & floral notes, with a palate that delivers a creamy mouthfeel & bright acidity.

Product Description
  • Colour: Pale with a slight salmon colour hue.
  • Aromas: Lifted & fragrant aromas of rose petals and subtle spice.
  • Palate: Vibrant flavours of pears, lemon zest and fresh apples
Growing Season

Warm growing and ripening season, drier conditions than average, produced wines with great depth and complexity. 2024 harvest similar style of wines to the great 2021 vintage.

Vinification

Machine harvested during the cool of the evening, and immediately delivered to the winery, and pressed to tank. Cold settled for 3 days, racked and then inoculated with neutral yeast strain. 3 months on fine yeast LEEES, before being stabilised prior to bottling.
