2024 Sauvignon Blanc

Fresh aromas of gooseberry, lychee & tropical fruits. Crisp & refreshing flavours of lime zest, white pear & passion fruit.

• Colour: Pale colour with some green/straw hues
• Aromas: Highly aromatic profile with fresh gooseberry, lychee and tropical underlying. Fresh with lovely purity of fruit.
• Palate: The palate is long, crisp and refreshing with tropical fruits, lime zest, white pear and passion fruit characters.

Warm growing and ripening season, drier conditions than average, produced wines with great depth and complexity. 2024 harvest similar style of wines to the great 2021 vintage. The cooler conditions of the Eden Valley producing grapes with lovely natural acidity and tension.

Crushed and destemmed and pressed to a settling tank. Cold settle was employed, after 2 days the juice was racked and primary fermentation was undertaken between 15-18oC to preserve natural aromatics.
