Perfumed aromas, followed by flavours of sweet peach, apricot and tropical fruits.

Product Description
  • Colour: Pale colour with some green/straw hues
  • Aromas: Displays a lifted boutique of perfume, fresh apricots and rose petals
  • Palate: A lush, crisp and slightly spritzy palate, with apricot and light fruity flavours.
Growing Season

Warm growing and ripening season, drier conditions than average, produced wines with great depth and complexity. 2024 harvest similar style of wines to the great 2021 vintage.

Vinification

Machine harvested during the cool of the evening, and immediately delivered to the winery, and pressed to tank. Cold settled for 3 days, racked and then inoculated with neutral yeast strain. The base wine is slightly carbonated at 3g/l. No maturation employed, bottled early for immediate consumption.
